Support Specialist / Proprietary Systems
As a Support Specialist at Handled, Mark works with the techs in the field to repair and replace proprietary hardware and software systems for large-scale clients. This entails managing, supporting, and resolving issues with the systems along with enhancing first
call support and documentation.
Mark has an engineering background with a strong knowledge of computer software and hardware. He has a hard working mindset on top of excellent customer service skills.
Growing up, Mark loved to play music and began classical piano lessons at the age of five. He went on to play in numerous bands and has held the roles of singer, guitar, bass, drums, and keyboard. On top of his love for music, Mark also enjoys sports—football, basketball, and baseball.
