John Neff
Support Specialist / Proprietary Systems Lead
As the Support Specialist and Proprietary Systems Lead for Handled, John is the customer point person for all field-based proprietary hardware and software systems. He is in charge of quality assurance and is known for his efficient delivery and streamlined processes.
Before working at Handled, John was a sound engineer for a national satellite radio network. His positive and optimistic demeanor allows him to work alongside other IT specialists and resolve complex issues for the end-users.
John is native to the Chicagoland area, where he values family, honesty, friendships, and sincerity. Some of his favorite reads are The Wit and Wisdom of Abraham Lincoln, and If You Want to Walk on Water, You’ve Got to Get Out of the Boat.
