As an IT Support Specialist at Handled, Billy works diligently to end client frustrations by providing alternative solutions to their problems and then helping them select the best one.
Billy has been a Support Specialist at Handled for over ten years. He grew up in the Chicago area but also speaks fluent Vietnamese. Billy enjoys big cook-outs and listening to music. He was even a DJ in his younger days. Billy is known for his ability to excel in any sport, but he mostly enjoys playing basketball and shooting pool.
