Christopher's entrepreneurial spirit took shape early — while still a freshman in college, he launched his own IT company. He founded Handled (formerly SolveMyPC) to provide IT solutions and technical support to small businesses in the Chicagoland area. After graduating from DePaul University in 2009, he expanded the firm’s focus to larger clients, building the capacity to manage enterprise-level IT needs.
Over the past two decades, Handled IT Partners has grown into a premier end-to-end IT management firm, serving businesses nationwide. Today, the company supports a global network of clients, delivering expert IT solutions at scale. Originally from Los Angeles and raised on the North Shore, Christopher now resides in Chicago, where he enjoys lakefront living and exploring the city’s iconic culinary scene.

Andy Kedjierski is the Director of Service Delivery at Handled IT Partners and is based in Tampa, Florida. He brings decades of experience leading IT operations across environments of every size — from growing small businesses to large-scale enterprises — with a consistent focus on service quality, team performance, and operational accountability.
Over the course of his career, Andy has managed complex infrastructure projects and support operations for organizations including Office Depot, American Signature Furniture, Empath Health, Weber Grills, the Tampa Bay Times, and the Tampa Bay Lightning. His technical depth spans networking, security, server and data center infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud platforms — but his real strength is building and leading the teams and systems that make IT run well, consistently.
At Handled IT Partners, Andy is responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of service delivery operations across the organization — maturing the support desk, establishing clear standards and accountability, and developing the structured frameworks that allow our team to scale without sacrificing quality. For clients, that means fast response times, consistent outcomes, and an IT partner that operates with the same discipline and professionalism they'd expect from an internal team.

Michael Kneller
Client Strategy & Onboarding
Michael Kneller is part of the Client Strategy & Onboarding team at Handled IT and is based in Chicago. As a dedicated technology advisor, he advocates for the customer—ensuring our technical teams align with each client’s goals and business needs. Michael guides new clients through a smooth, strategic onboarding process that sets the stage for long-term success.

Nicholas Portale is part of the Staff Enablement & Support Services team at Handled IT and has been with the company for over five years. Based in Chicago, he brings deep expertise and a strong commitment to supporting clients with reliable, solutions-focused service. Nicholas supports client enablement through user education and internal training, ensuring clients have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. He also plays a key role in tier 3 tech support, helping customers resolve complex tech issues with efficiency and care.
