Nicholas Portale

Lead Support Specialist

 

As an IT Lead Support Specialist at Handled, Nicholas works in the field with clients to help resolve existing issues while also anticipating their needs. He specializes in making customer workflows more efficient and is viewed by his colleagues as reliable, goal-oriented, hardworking, and focused. Nicholas has been intrigued by IT since he was a kid. He holds great value in creativity, family, loyalty, and kindness–all of which show through his strong commitment to customer service.

When he’s not working, he loves creating music. Playing piano and singing are a couple of his favorite pastimes. He enjoys being able to create music that he loves with friends and family.

“I like to spend time with my family, go camping, play video games, and make music..”
