Michael Kneller
Strategic Planning Advisor
As a Strategic Planning Advisor at Handled, Michael works closely with clients to develop strategies that fit the needs and goals of their businesses. His focus is to translate the technical complexities of IT into practical insights that are accessible for business operations. A people-person first and foremost, he loves helping others develop the best solutions to their challenges.
Michael has been helping people solve their technical needs since he joined his first IT company in high school. Since then, his curiosity in how people approach and understand systems has only grown to match with the increasing complexities of the industry. He values strong communication, hard work, and kindness.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys performing improvised and sketch comedy in the Chicago comedy scene, as well as filming and editing his own projects. He also loves music, playing guitar and violin, and hosting karaoke for friends any chance he gets.
