As a Jr. Support Specialist at Handled, Kylie is the first stop for all tech inquiries. She diagnoses problems and puts clients in touch with the correct specialist to resolve their issues quickly. Kylie is fast, efficient, and she especially loves helping eliminate computer viruses.

Kylie is interested in alternative fashion and enjoys listening to rock music. She especially loves spending time playing various MMORPG games.
