Joe Charaska

IT Support Specialist

Joe specializes in a multitude of technical IT support functions at Handled, and more specifically, enjoys improving security and networking and optimizing workflows.

Joe is a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician. He enjoys finding the answers to tough technical questions, and he also values learning new technology in this fast-paced industry.

While solving tech problems might be Joe’s forte, he also enjoys reading Michael Crichton novels and listening to NPR podcasts like Planet Money and How I Built This.

“When I’m not at work, you can find me working out, baking/cooking, or playing video games/board games.”
