Brett Siani

Centralized Service Engineer

 

As an IT Centralized Service Engineer at Handled, Brett monitors back-up servers, works with cloud infrastructure, and provides software management to clients. He is a diligent problem solver with an ever-present optimism. Brett specifically focuses on Linux and Windows systems.

 

Brett has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked on various projects in the past, ranging from programming 3D printers to managing data for a start-up company.

 

Brett grew up on Long Island (go Yankees!) and moved to North Carolina, where he attended college and lived for 12 years before moving to Chicago. A couple of interesting facts about Brett: he loves sushi and soccer. He played professional soccer for the United States Deaf Men’s National Team in the 2016 Deaf World Cup.

Why do you love working at Handled?

“I enjoy the collaborative environment at Handled. I have the chance to work with many different people every day on various projects. I also enjoy the challenge of solving a new problem and having the opportunity to work and learn simultaneously.”

 

 

What do you like to do when you’re not at work?

“I am a life-long learner, and I enjoy watching soccer, going to the gym, and I love to try new foods.”
