As a Support Specialist Tier 2 at Handled, Alex exercises his ability to fix customer tech issues as quickly and painlessly as possible. His inquisitive and friendly nature allows him to troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure they have a successful experience and get back to work without delay.
Alex spent many years in the copier industry fixing various printers, scanners, and network issues. He also assisted in the upkeep of multiple small business networks, seeing that they operate smoothly and safely. He values honesty, open-mindedness, and resilience when faced with problems to solve.
Alex has been interested in computers and networking for as long as he can remember. He helped his father update their first PC from 8 to 16MB of ram, and he has always been fascinated with the ins and outs of what makes computers and other electronics operate.
